Born and raised in Los Angeles, Eric Cho, ’02, restaurateur, artist, and principal owner of Phorage LA and ASAP Phorage, found his true calling in delivering elevated and modern takes on classic Vietnamese dishes to fellow LA natives in the Palms/Culver City and Playa Del Rey area.
