One objective of the UCSD Alumni Association is to offer graduates opportunities to receive group services and rates on consumer products. This notice is to inform you that you have the right to control whether we share your name, address, and electronic mail address with our affinity partners (companies with whom we partner to offer products or services to alumni). Please read the following information carefully before you decide if you wish to opt out:

Your Rights You have the following rights to restrict the sharing of your name, address and electronic mail address with our affinity partners. This form does not prohibit us from sharing your information when we are required to do so by law, or from sending you information about Association or University programs and services.

Your Choice Restrict Information Sharing With Affinity Partners: Unless you say “NO,” we may continue to share your name, address, and electronic mail address with our affinity partners. Our affinity partners may send you offers to purchase various products or services that we have agreed they can offer in partnership with us.

Time Sensitive Reply You may decide at any time that you do not want us to share your information with our affinity partners. Your choice will remain unless you state otherwise.

If you decide that you do not want to receive information from our partners, you may do one of the following:

(1) Go to www.alumni.ucsd.edu/privacy and fill out the form online.

(2) Call us toll-free at (866) UCSD-ALUM.

(3) E-mail us at alumni@ucsd.edu. Be sure to include “Opt Out” as the subject of your message and your name, address, and phone number with your request.
